We take great care in preparing and packing our products to ensure freshness and quality.
However, due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for reasons of safety and hygiene.
We do offer refunds or replacements in specific cases such as:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
Eligibility for Refunds
For Expired Products:
- Share a clear photo of the product label showing the expiry date.
- Email us within 1 day of delivery.
For Damaged Products:
- Share a photo of the damaged item along with a complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package).
- Email us within 1 day of delivery.
⚠️ Refund requests without valid proof (unboxing video or expiry label) cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Refund
Please email us at hellofreshlyeats@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for the refund
- Photo/Video proof as mentioned above
Once we verify your request, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, kindly contact us again.
Important Notes
- Refunds apply only to the affected item(s), not the entire order.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
- Refunds cannot be processed for:
- Incorrect storage of products after delivery
- Complaints made after 1 day of delivery
- Sale or discounted items
- Missing or invalid proof of issue
Shipping Errors or Wrong Items
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery.
We’ll ensure it’s corrected promptly at no extra cost to you.
